Katie is a passionate leader. She has demonstrated experience in working with elementary, middle and high school students. Previously a substitute teacher for Carroll County Public Schools and currently the Executive Director and Founder of a grassroots organization in Carroll County serving children and families, Katie places an emphasis on driving change for underserved youth. Katie is a Carroll County native with a strong commitment to her community.
